Calm before the Storm
Well today started out seeming like a usual boring sunday, work, busy girlfriend, and best of all rain during the middle of my shift. So leaving the emptiness of a bike shop on a rainy day, the only thing i had to look forward too was the 5 minutes id be able to see my girl for the day. now normally i’m not one to be clingy, but lately just felt like the feelings i have arent being reciporcated. And who knows, maybe they arent anymore. But hell will freeze over wayyyy before i give up on something i want like this without trying my all to make it better or figure out whats going on. And even though theses past few weeks have been rough, at the same time they’ve been great for my other relationships. From whats been goin on, ive truly learned who’s a true friend to me. To my excitement my best friend was there when i needed him, and he understood what i was sayin and let me vent, which is weird as a guy to do. my other best friend (while not being as close) was still there for me and we’ve become closer. And even today i discovered someone else who i now really care for, and i’m glad that its my bestfriend’s girl, i realized she’s someone i can talk to and she helped me analyze whats been goin on and what i should be thinking about and what i’ve been overthinking. So now its time for my least favorite game, the waiting game, that game thats a mental war against yourself, where you can overthink everything and just mindfuck yourself over. Soo to try and win this war for once, im gonna focus on Lifeguarding, my bike and riding more, my friends, and being active. I’m gonna try and make myself busy enough to not give myself much time to think about this. Wish me luck guys… i’m sure as hell gonna need it
